Previously as the former Director of Human Resources at multiple non-profits, she has rebuilt human resources departments from the ground up. She implemented best practices bringing the organizations up to date with federal, state, and local laws. She has a proven dedication to optimizing organizational success through her acute knowledge of human resources operations. She has a strong work ethic and constant determination to solve problems.

 

She is an alumnus of the University at Albany (SUNY Albany). She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, an HR Generalist Certification from Pace University, and a Master’s in Business Administration from the La Penta School of Business at Iona College. She loves to travel and has been to Nigeria, Jamaica, Bermuda, Bahamas, Thailand, China, and Curaçao.
